I saw survey crew over that way yesterday. It appears that the new Scotts Hill water system calculates the loan payoff and expenses based on 700 residents and no allowance for the 4000 expexted over Sidbury way.. Will this water system be a cash cow for Pender Co.?

ANY CHANCE OF RENTING THE NICE BUILDING THAT'S NESTED ON THE WATER JUST BEHIND THE MARINA FOR A WEDDING RECEPTION.

Hi

I have heard rumors that current renters of boat slips at the marina are sub leasing them to others when they aren't going to be using them. Is that true? Or is that even allowed?

Stopped by the marina on Sunday - Wow, was it packed! The additional parking was really nice and quite full. Has anyone heard anymore rumors or facts of a drydock facility coming soon?

I just hope the new owners value our creeks and waterways as much as the residents that have lived in the area there whole lives. I like the changes to the marina so far.
