On Saturday I heard the marina sale had fallen through. Could just be a rumor...

I guess everyone received their letter about the marina being sold. It looks like Jhonny's daughter will manage it for awhile, she is a nice person. They will be contacting us shortly with what they plan to do. I'm looking foreward to seeing something real nice down there but it may be expensive.

We haven't seen this letter. Did just the ones who currently rent slips get a letter? Could you share what that letter said? Thank you.

The letter was for the slip renters. It didn't say much other that John's daughter would manage for the new owners and that they would be contacting us. When I was in the marina store the other day, I noticed that the stock was very low. That might have some meaning like maybe they are preparing to raze the building. I don't think the new owners purchased the marina to keep it up for the oyster men.

The marina store has recently been painted. I don't think they would have painted it if they plan to tear it down. There still seems to be concern over access in the long term. Heard the cost will stay the same this summer.

I just hope the new owners value our creeks and waterways as much as the residents that have lived in the area there whole lives. I like the changes to the marina so far.

Stopped by the marina on Sunday - Wow, was it packed! The additional parking was really nice and quite full. Has anyone heard anymore rumors or facts of a drydock facility coming soon?

      Hi

I have heard rumors that current renters of boat slips at the marina are sub leasing them to others when they aren't going to be using them. Is that true? Or is that even allowed?

      Thanks

Hi everyone. There are always survivors at a massacre. Among the victors, if nowhere else.
I am from Suriname and know bad English, tell me right I wrote the following sentence: "Mehr von all about cheap airline tickets from chicago, cheapest flight to greece."

      Thank :p Tyler.
